Role: Associate Director, Global Medical Neuroscience Medical Communications, supporting the development and execution of medical communication strategies for BMS's Neuroscience portfolio across therapeutic areas such as Neurology, Neuropsychiatry, Alzheimer's, Neurodegeneration, MS, and Spasticity. Responsibilities: lead scientific content development including publications, congress presentations, and medical education; ensure strategic alignment and high-quality, compliant external communications; serve as a subject matter expert; collaborate with cross-functional teams across Medical Strategy, Commercial, Regulatory, and external stakeholders; support process improvements and metrics tracking; mentor junior team members; uphold compliance with GPP, ICMJE, and industry standards. Qualifications: advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD preferred); minimum 5+ years in pharma/healthcare with experience in medical communications, publications, or scientific content development; strong understanding of drug development and commercialization in Neuroscience; demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills; excellent communication and scientific expertise; global experience preferred. High-Value: Neuroscience indications, multiple phases of drug development, scientific publication and data dissemination, compliance standards, and stakeholder engagement. Work Setup: hybrid (onsite and remote), with travel required.
