Responsibilities:
- Support the Medical Information Call Center for medical inquiries and reporting requirements for adverse events and product quality complaints.
- Ensure the call center has resources, training, and guidance support for assigned products.
- Partner with MI Therapeutic Areas to deliver high-quality, scientifically accurate, compliant medical responses.
- Coordinate global operational activities and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with GMI and partners to implement new MI platforms/technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.
- Apply expertise in medical information systems, compliance/quality audits, and identify operational efficiency using department best practices.
- Maintain inspection-ready, well-documented operational records for internal audits and global health authority inspections.
- Lead development of advanced analytics dashboards and reporting templates (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for metrics, product insights, and congress-related outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze MICC inquiry volume, trends, response quality, and performance metrics.
- Provide ad-hoc therapeutic area support, including scientific review of materials to ensure balanced, accurate, evidence-based content.
- Support unsolicited medical information request fulfillment and manage dissemination of approved medical materials.
- Coordinate regulatory label update communications/execution with the call center and therapeutic areas; ensure timely MI document updates in Veeva Med Comm.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare field (PharmD preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of Medical Information Call Center experience with potential to lead and manage the contact center.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and project coordination/management skills.
- Strong understanding of global and U.S. regulatory aspects of medical information, adverse events, and product complaints.
