Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to development, execution, and continual enhancement of global medical education and congress strategies for rheumatology (SLE), using traditional, digital, and omnichannel approaches.
- Develop and oversee exhibits, symposia, advisory boards, expert engagement, and stakeholder events; ensure strategic alignment across rheumatology medical asset teams.
- Support medical evidence generation (registries, post-hoc analyses, real-world data) and manage publication planning with HEOR, GBDS, medical communications, and external experts.
- Cultivate stakeholder relationships (external clinical experts, patient advocacy groups, internal multidisciplinary teams).
- Facilitate HQ-to-region/market/field knowledge transfer via scientific narrative, lexicon creation, and training.
- Support pre/post-launch medical education planning, post-event impact assessment, and define/measure effectiveness and reach.
- Partner to execute medical event logistics, contracting, and budget management; provide medical input at strategic forums.
- Build/forecast/track/adjust medical budget; support broader Sotyktu activities impacting the rheumatology portfolio.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO).
- Strong scientific/clinical background; 3β5+ years industry Medical Affairs or related.
- Immunology or rheumatology therapeutic area experience preferred.
- Competencies: adult learning/omnichannel communications; creativity/innovation; strong communication/interpersonal skills; manage multiple projects and stakeholders; translate complex science into clear strategies; planning/organization under pressure; leadership in cross-functional teams; confidentiality/integrity.
- Core medical affairs experience preferred (advisory boards, medical education, medical strategy).
- Office-based; global travel up to 25%.
