Role: Associate Director, Global Marketing Lead within Takeda's Gastrointestinal (GI) Oncology space, focusing on gastric cancer and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Responsibilities: develop and execute commercial strategies, partner cross-functionally across R&D, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and regional teams; lead lifecycle planning for indications and formulations; prepare strategic materials for senior leadership; manage external KOL relationships; collaborate on market research, competitive intelligence, and forecasting to inform brand and portfolio strategies; support product launch and go-to-market activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years in pharma/biotech or life sciences consulting; minimum 3 years in growth opportunity assessment and commercial strategy development; strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills; experience in oncology, market research, and forecasting; ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently. Preferred: advanced degrees (MS, MBA, PharmD, PhD), global marketing or life sciences strategy consulting background, product launch experience, and specific experience in gastric or PDAC cancers.
