Primary Responsibilities
- Portfolio analytics: Lead development of commercial data and insights for Global influenza portfolio priorities; conceptualize analytics capabilities/tools to support decision-making, including patient insights and L3 early framework.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with global marketing, DHH, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions and commercial rigor across pipeline asset development; serve as Insights & Analytics quarterback to answer key business questions.
- Strategy enablement: Lead Strategic Portfolio Reviews, Trimester Business Reviews (QBRs), and prioritization meetings; synthesize and document trade-off decisions and DHH aspirations for executive audiences via updates to the Book of Work.
- Analytics delivery: Manage delivery using Excel-VBA, PowerBI or similar; apply patient modeling techniques (statistical, patient-flow, simulations) for insight generation.
Required Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (science or business preferred)
- 5+ years in insights/analytics, strategic planning, advanced analytics, market research, marketing, or related roles (pharma/biotech)
- Strong data-grounded communication/storytelling; ability to translate insights into presentations
- Deep understanding of real-world/commercial healthcare data ecosystem
- Experience with secondary data analytics on large datasets
- Relationship-building, problem solving, and influencing; cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Advanced degree (MS, PharmD, PhD)
- Healthcare datasets/analytics; Life Science or consulting experience
- Global life sciences analytics expertise (US/ex-US datasets, forecasting, predictive analytics, competitive intelligence, etc.)
- Vaccines and/or Infectious Disease experience
