Primary Responsibilities
- Portfolio analytics: Lead development of commercial data and insights for Global influenza portfolio priorities; conceptualize analytics capabilities/tools anchored to marketing and launch frameworks.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with global/regional marketing, DHH, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions and commercial rigor; serve as Insights & Analytics quarterback.
- Strategy enablement: Lead Strategic Portfolio Reviews and QBRs; synthesize/document trade-offs and DHH aspirations for executive audiences (Book of Work).
- Analytics delivery: Manage delivery of analytics projects; use Excel-VBA, PowerBI or similar tools; apply statistical, patient-flow, and simulation-based patient modeling for insights.
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelorβs degree (science or business preferred).
- 5+ years in insights & analytics/strategic planning/advanced analytics/market research/marketing (pharma/biotech).
- Data-grounded storytelling and strong presentation of actionable recommendations.
- Deep understanding of real-world data assets and commercial healthcare data ecosystem.
- Experience with secondary data analytics on large datasets.
- Relationship-building, problem solving, and cross-functional influencing.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- MS/PharmD/PhD preferred.
- Healthcare datasets/analytics; Life Science or consulting experience.
- Global Life Sciences analytics expertise (US/ex-US, forecasting, predictive analytics, competitive intelligence, etc.).
- Vaccines and/or Infectious Disease experience.
