Associate Director, Global Knowledge Management

Role: Lead global knowledge management and insight advisory operations within CSL, focusing on strategy, governance, and innovation, including AI integration. Responsibilities: oversee the administration, organization, and strategic planning of the Global Knowledge Management team; contribute to data standards and governance programs; manage vendor relationships, contracts, and digital information resources; promote digital innovation and data ownership culture; lead, develop, and mentor international teams; optimize information systems and workflows; develop performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
