Associate Director, Global Knowledge Management

Role: Lead the global knowledge management and insight advisory services for CSL, focusing on strategic operations, innovation, and digital information initiatives, including AI integration. Responsibilities: oversee the administration, governance, strategic planning, and budget management of the Global Knowledge Management team; contribute to data standards, governance, and information programs; manage internal/external resources and vendor relationships; ensure access to key scientific, regulatory, and industry information; lead technology implementation, continuous improvement, and performance metrics; foster collaboration across global teams and external stakeholders; promote digital innovation and data ownership culture; manage global systems, platforms, and licensing agreements. Qualifications: MS, MLIS/MLS, Ph.D. in science-related fields (Biochemistry, Chemistry) or equivalent experience; minimum 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with expertise in knowledge management, R&D, or medical affairs; 5+ years in global leadership roles preferred; experience in data standards, governance, vendor management, and AI; fluency in English; strong stakeholder influence, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
