Role: Lead global case intake and triage operations for pharmacovigilance at Lilly, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant adverse event processing across all sources and regions. Responsibilities include overseeing case classification, prioritization, acknowledgment, invalid case assessment, literature screening, and regulatory compliance; managing cross-functional collaborations with Medical Information, Regulatory, and Technology teams; supervising managers and teams across international sites; and supporting EU QPPV functions. Requirements: Bachelor's in health sciences, 5+ years in pharmacovigilance with 3+ years in intake/triage, 2+ years leadership, experience with safety databases (Argus, ARISg, Veeva), and understanding of global PV regulations (FDA, EMA, ICH). Preferred skills include vendor management, digital/social media surveillance, metrics-driven operations, and strong communication.
