Associate Director, Global Field Solutions

Role: Associate Director, Global Field Solutions leading the deployment of Commercial and Medical field technology solutions to support global market expansion, initially focusing on Europe and Japan/Asia-Pacific. Responsibilities: manage implementation of CRM and related platforms (Veeva, Salesforce), translate regional business needs into scalable global solutions, oversee strategy, governance, vendor performance, and cross-region collaboration; support change management, training, and adoption activities. Requirements: Bachelor's in Business, Information Systems, or Life Sciences; 10+ years in business systems, technology programs, or field enablement; extensive experience with CRM ecosystems, especially Veeva/Salesforce; strong stakeholder leadership and communication skills; prior experience supporting global pharma launches is preferred.
