Associate Director, Global Commercial & Medical Data Products

Role: Associate Director, Global Commercial & Medical Data Products leading strategy and delivery of enterprise data solutions supporting international markets, primarily Europe and Japan. Responsibilities: develop product roadmaps, translate regional priorities into scalable capabilities for customer engagement, omnichannel execution, analytics, Market Access, and Medical Affairs; collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows using AI, automation, and analytics; ensure data governance, quality, and compliance; evaluate build or buy solutions; measure success through adoption and business outcomes; foster global stakeholder relationships. Requirements: Bachelor's in Business, IT, Life Sciences, or related; 10+ years in product management, commercial data, or healthcare technology, with experience supporting Commercial and Medical organizations; strong knowledge of enterprise data governance, interoperability, and AI applications; excellent stakeholder leadership skills. Preferred: experience supporting European/Japanese launches; familiarity with Salesforce, Veeva, Databricks; oncology or biotech background; AI and automation expertise.
