Role Summary

The Associate Director of Global LCM Marketing will drive lifecycle management strategies to ensure long-term commercial success. This key contributor will lead commercial preparation for new product indications by developing disease area strategies, supporting critical commercial and development decisions, building and implementing marketing plans, and ensuring global alignment with US and international teams. The role includes supporting established indications, above-indication planning and initiatives, and potentially some business development activities. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional marketing expertise alongside strong organizational, presentation, planning, and analytical skills, with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Identify value drivers and patient requirements for Target Product Profiles and strategic decisions
  • Lead marketing mix elements including market development, medical education, and HCP marketing and/or other aspects of product management
  • Contribute to developing positioning, key messages, tactical mix and go-to-market strategy for new indications and lifecycle initiatives
  • Collaborate with medical affairs to develop disease area education programs for areas of high unmet need and strategic interest, including building presence at key congresses
  • Understand and communicate requirements and opportunities for access to market, pricing and reimbursement and market differentiation for new indications and lifecycle initiatives

Qualifications

  • Required: 10+ years of pharmaceutical marketing, product management, or relevant healthcare experience
  • Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical new products commercialization, forecasting and opportunity assessment
  • Preferred: worked in an alliance partnership and can influence across matrix organizations
  • Preferred: Immunology, dermatology, and/or respiratory marketing experience
  • Must be willing to work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of 4 days on-site at Sleepy Hollow, NY

Skills

  • Strong presentation skills and demonstrated strategic and scientific acumen
  • Experience in brand planning, development and driving marketing strategy and tactics
  • Familiar with market access and regulatory/development activities
  • Ability to work in complex organizations and lead cross-functional teams

  • Salary Range (annually): $154,800.00 - $252,800.00
