Associate Director, Global Commercial Insights and Analytics (Immunology)
Purpose
- Support and report to the Director of Global Commercial Insights and Analytics.
- Conduct primary and secondary market research and develop patient-based demand forecasts using secondary data sources, market research insights, real-world evidence platforms, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic commercial decisions supporting Immunology product development.
Responsibilities
- Develop patient-based demand forecasts and conduct primary and secondary market research in a timely manner within budget constraints.
- Present long-range forecasts and integrated market research findings to broad, cross-functional audiences, including leadership.
- Analyze and evaluate large data sets and provide high-level conclusions.
- Monitor, collaborate, and communicate cross-functionally with competitive intelligence, finance, medical affairs, regulatory, and other key functions.
- Think analytically and lead through complexity to develop insight-based market assumptions (including global market dynamics) and translate key business questions into clear deliverables.
- Translate market needs into actionable recommendations and tactics supporting commercial preparation, including go-to-market strategies and pre-launch planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorβs degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Experience/Skills (Required): 4β8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Preferred: Primary Market Research experience; pharmaceutical forecast modeling and business analytics; background in behavioral science, data sciences, epidemiology, statistics, finance, or pharmacy.
- Other: Ability to develop innovative insight-generation approaches; lead cross-functional teams; manage multiple priorities and external partners; strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills; curiosity and growth mindset; up to 10% travel domestic and/or international.
