Responsibilities:
- Drive digital transformation, high-quality planning, forecasting, and reporting, delivering insightful analytics and executive-ready storytelling.
- Oversee global Revenue & Commercialization Opex consolidation, forecasting, actuals reporting, and variance analysis across regions and functions.
- Deliver analytics and actionable recommendations to support investment prioritization, resource optimization, and cost discipline.
- Lead Commercial Financeβs contribution to enterprise digital finance initiatives (future-state data, analytics, automation, and reporting aligned to business needs and Finance governance).
- Lead change management for digital tools and processes, including training, documentation, and communications to drive adoption.
- Establish and uphold financial data governance frameworks (data quality, consistency, stewardship across systems and regions).
- Own design and delivery of dashboards and executive reporting tools enabling self-service analytics and improved business intelligence.
- Lead Long Range Plan (LRP) revenue and P&L analytics; partner with cross-functional leaders on long-term strategy, profitability outlooks, and investment trade-offs.
- Provide regional price-volume analysis and profitability metrics.
- Serve as primary Finance FP&A liaison for Commercial Regions.
- Provide strategic earnings support with deep-dive revenue and P&L analyses for executive materials and leadership reviews.
- Partner with Investor Relations, Controllership, Corporate FP&A, and regional finance teams on alignment and financial storytelling.
- Operate as trusted Finance business partner; influence without authority across Finance and cross-functional teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS/BA with 10+ years of experience
- OR MS/MA or MBA with 8+ years of experience
- OR PhD with 5+ years of experience

Benefits:
- Salary range: $182,070.00 - $235,620.00
