Associate Director, Global Clinical Supply Chain Operations Lead

Role: Associate Director, GCSC Operations Lead, overseeing global clinical supply activities for Takeda R&D. Responsibilities: lead planning and execution of clinical supply projects, manage drug product procurement, labeling, distribution, and reconciliation; coordinate with internal teams and external vendors; optimize supply chain processes, including IRT and logistics; oversee vendor negotiations and budgets; contribute to process improvements and system enhancements; manage cross-functional collaborations with Clinical Operations and Regulatory Affairs. Requirements: minimum 8 years in pharmaceutical or related industry, experience with clinical supply chain management, cGMP knowledge, degree in pharmacy or relevant scientific field. Preferred: experience with medical devices, proficiency in IRT and project management software. High-Value: focus on late-phase clinical trials (likely post-IND), global supply logistics, compliance and regulatory documentation, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership. Work Setup: hybrid in Lexington, MA; some travel may be involved.
