The candidate will have expert knowledge of Early/Expanded/Managed Access management principles, regulatory requirements, and vendor oversight responsibilities. They must possess a strategic mindset, and the role will be accountable for the performance and results of multiple Global Access Mechanisms programs, development of departmental plans, including business and/or organizational priorities. They may be tasked to provide leadership to subordinate managers with decisions that are guided by resource availability and organizational objectives. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to Biogen senior leadership given the impact these programs have on patient access to potentially life-saving medicines. The candidate will report to the Global Head of Access Mechanisms (GAM) within the RD&M organization.

The base compensation range for this role is $159,000 โ $219,000. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, job related years of relevant experience, internal equity, and location of the job. Additionally, this role is eligible for participation in Biogenโs LTI grants and other incentive programs.
