Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with global market access and pricing teams to frame key business questions.
- Develop integrated research and analytics plans for global access strategies.
- Deliver actionable insights/recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders; translate into stakeholder-ready narratives.
- Apply primary, secondary, and external data sources (e.g., Navlin) and integrate them into analyses.
- Use emerging technologies (large language models, agentic AI) for relevant market access use cases.
- Contribute to ex-US predictive models for pricing, access, and reimbursement scenarios.
- Execute the Global Access Insights Framework: Descriptive, Comparative, Predictive, and Technology-enabled (real-time insight delivery).
Required Education
- Undergraduate degree (related discipline).
- MBA/Masterβs in Public Health, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Business, Statistics, Policy (preferred).
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years delivering market research/insight projects in pharma/biotech; 3+ years in market access (global preferred).
- 2+ years in vaccines/infectious disease (or related therapeutic area).
- Strong global pharma and commercial analytics expertise; strong understanding of access dynamics (US, EU, CN, JP).
- Cross-functional stakeholder influence; strong communication/presentation/leadership.
- Break down business questions into hypotheses; problem-solving with data-oriented methods.
Preferred
- AI application experience; experience with Navlin; consulting/analytics background.
Work Environment & Travel
- Hybrid; on site 3 days/week (Upper Gwynedd, PA and Rahway, NJ). Travel up to ~20%.
