Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with GMAx, pricing, and market access stakeholders to address MFN business questions.
- Support integrated insight plans and analyses for MFN strategy and planning.
- Deliver actionable insights on policy developments, competitor actions, launch dynamics, and pricing implications.
- Translate business questions into structured research and analytical approaches.
- Monitor and synthesize global MFN landscape across policy, pricing, reimbursement, and competitors.
- Track pharmaceutical pricing reforms, manufacturer actions, and market events across key MFN reference markets.
- Prepare timely summaries, implications, and targeted analyses for GMAx and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities for inline brands and pipeline assets.
- Use digital/AI-enabled tools to improve insight generation speed and quality.
- Integrate primary research, secondary data, and external data into coherent analyses.
- Support scenario-based analyses for MFN impacts on pricing, access, reimbursement, and launch sequencing.
- Contribute to scalable, repeatable approaches for tracking/synthesizing MFN insights.
- Collaborate across analytics, forecasting, pricing, and digital teams.
Required Education:
- Undergraduate degree in a related discipline.
- MBA or Masterβs in Public Health, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Business, Statistics, Policy, or related field (preferred).
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years relevant pharma/biotech insight/analytics (including 2+ years in market access, pricing, reimbursement, or policy).
- Experience with global market access/pricing/reimbursement/policy analytics.
- Ability to support decision-making in a complex, evolving environment.
- Understanding of global pricing/reimbursement dynamics affecting market access.
- Familiarity with MFN implications for pricing, reimbursement, launch planning, and access decisions.
- Ability to synthesize multiple data sources into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong collaboration in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to define hypotheses and analytical requirements.
- Strong problem-solving with data-driven methods; manage multiple priorities.
