Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with global market access and pricing teams to identify and frame key business questions.
- Support development of integrated research and analytics plans to inform global access strategies.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders; translate into stakeholder-ready narratives and materials.
- Apply primary market research methodologies to generate actionable insights.
- Use emerging technologies (large language models, agentic AI) for relevant market access use cases.
- Integrate primary market research, secondary data, and external data sources (e.g., Navlin).
- Contribute to ex-US predictive models for pricing, access, and reimbursement scenarios; ensure scalability and reuse of insights.
- Execute the global access insights framework: Descriptive, Comparative, Predictive, and Technology (real-time insight delivery).

Required Education
- Undergraduate degree in a related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s in Public Health, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Business, Statistics, Policy, or related field (preferred).

Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years delivering market research and insight projects in pharma/biotech; 3+ years in market access (global experience preferred).
- 2+ years in vaccines, infectious disease, or related therapeutic area.
- Strong global pharma landscape and commercial analytics knowledge (market research, forecasting, advanced analytics).
- Strong understanding of vaccines & infectious disease access dynamics (US, EU, CN, JP).
- Cross-functional stakeholder influence; strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to break down business questions into hypotheses and requirements; strong problem-solving with data-oriented methods.
- Ability to operate in an unstructured environment; strong organizational skills in a complex matrix.

Preferred Experience
- Applying AI to business problems; Navlin (or similar platform) experience; consulting/analytics background.

Work Environment & Travel
- On-site 3 days/week (Upper Gwynedd, PA; Rahway, NJ); travel up to ~20% (primarily domestic).
