Associate Director, G&A Business Systems Analyst, IT

Role: G&A Business Systems Analyst supporting HR, Legal, Compliance, IP, Finance, Accounting, and Communications at Agios. Responsibilities: translate business strategies into technology solutions, manage system requirements, streamline processes, oversee system selection and upgrades, facilitate testing and user acceptance, and support core platforms like Oracle HCM, Financials, and Taleo. Act as liaison between IT and business SMEs, ensuring system adoption and operational excellence. Requirements: BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent, 8+ years supporting G&A systems, with experience in Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM; pharma/biotech experience preferred. Skills: strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and SDLC knowledge; vendor management, integrations, data migration experience. Preferred: PMP/BA certifications, consulting background, and familiarity with SOX, ITGC, audit readiness. High-Value: focus on G&A systems, Oracle platforms, system lifecycle management, and experience in fast-growing biopharma environments. Work setup: hybrid or remote in the US, with some travel for in-person events.
