Associate Director, G&A Applications

Role: Associate Director, G&A Applications at Viridian Therapeutics, leading strategy, implementation, and support of enterprise G&A systems to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities: partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR to prioritize initiatives; oversee application portfolio, including configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations; lead cross-functional projects from planning to deployment; manage vendor relationships; ensure systems are secure, scalable, and compliant with GxP, SOX, and 21 CFR Part 11. Requirements: 10+ years in enterprise application support and leadership; Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Life Sciences, or related; experience with SaaS platforms like NetSuite, Agiloft, ADP, Concur; strong knowledge of G&A processes in regulated environments; PMP certification is a plus; excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
