Role Summary
To support in the development, implementation, and management of the Franchise E strategies β governance and execution.
Responsibilities
- The commercial strategy director reports directly to the Vice president of Franchise E and is a member of the franchise leadership team.
- Develops Business plans that incorporate long and short-range strategic planning, works closely with the Finance Director and the rest of the leadership on these plans. Structures strategic planning sessions.
- Coordinates content for leadership team governance and develops Staff agenda.
- Coordinates internal communications and culture efforts with functional leadership and PA team β including Franchise E Townhalls and dynamic communication efforts.
- Plays an essential role in the management of critical projects as defined by the business.
- Supports VP in important interactions and alignment cross functionally to enhance efficiencies and agility in decision-making. This includes:
- Collaborating on key co-commercialization projects and capability builds
- Assist in VP preparation for multiple Leadership Alignment meetings, JCCs, JSCs, etc.
- Plays leading role in emerging Franchise E portfolio management β field communication conduit and cadence, prioritization of BU1 assets and indications as examples.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelorβs Degree. Preferred MBA or Masterβs Degree
- Required: Minimum of five years sales leadership, marketing or other relevant in-house experience.
- Required: Proven strategic capabilities, organization, and communication skills.
- Required: Ability to work efficiently in a matrix organization.
- Required: Advanced project management and communication skills.
- Required: Thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Required: Able to manage multiple, simultaneous projects with moderate-high complexity, often under a tight deadline.
