Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance GI franchise data environments supporting GI Analytics, Sales, and Marketing.
- Coordinate end-to-end data product development with DD&T, COBS, PAMA, and other operational partners.
- Define requirements, specifications, and design for analytical/reporting data product environments; triage issues and enhancements.
- Set direction for development/ongoing operating services; review performance measures for continuous improvement.
- Lead upstream/downstream system change prioritization, requirements gathering, and implementation; ensure data model changes are reviewed/approved.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships across analytics functions (incl. COBS, PAMA, marketing) to support business objectives.
- Partner to ensure data/reporting platform technologies are supported and maintained for end users.
- Lead therapeutic area/franchise-specific business rule capture incorporated into published data products.

Qualifications (Required unless noted):
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably Statistics, Business, or Information Systems).
- 10+ years in Operations/IT with data analysis, metadata management, and data quality (preferably pharma).
- 10+ years in data strategy (data architecture/governance, data modeling, ETL, enterprise data warehouse, analytics).
- 6+ years managing in a matrix environment (preferred).
- Experience with Sales/Marketing in pharma; pharma data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Komodo, Market Access, Patient Services, Specialty Pharmacy).
- Full data development lifecycle (requirements through change management).
- Coding: SQL and SAS preferred; Python/pySpark/Spark beneficial.
- Production data environment support and escalation response.
- BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI) preferred; Cloud platforms required (AWS strongly preferred); 1+ year Cloud Data Platform (e.g., Databricks).
- Project management; strong communication; proficient in Word/Excel/Project/Visio/PowerPoint.
