Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with US Dupixent Dermatology and cross-functional partners to develop and communicate accurate long-term patient/volume/revenue forecasts for Strategic Planning & Budget cycles.
- Harmonize forecast cycle planning with US Dupixent Finance and other US Specialty Care forecasters.
- Enhance forecasting models so in-line and launch forecasts reflect brand strategy (e.g., segmentation, patient flow).
- Work with Market Research to plan studies providing forecast inputs (e.g., demand studies/conjoint exercises).
- Partner with Market Access on access assumptions, payer mix analyses, and government program rebate calculations.
- Pressure-test assumptions using analogue/external forecasts; develop scenarios quantifying risks/opportunities.
- Present key forecast assumptions/outputs to leadership (epidemiology through ex-factory volumes) and deliver forecast review presentations with US SPC Finance.
- Ensure US deliverables align with Global guidance/aggregation; provide monthly updates and end-of-month closing analyses (price/volume demand/inventory).
- Revise near-term forecasts with latest actuals and emerging opportunities/threats; conduct ad-hoc brand lead meetings and, when needed, S&OP.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses (e.g., co-promotion potential/ROI) and assess proposed initiatives with Marketing/Sales/Patient Support/Finance.
- Collaborate with data management/analytics/external providers to review model inputs and maintain accuracy.
About You (Qualifications & Skills):
- BS with 5+ years direct pharmaceutical/biotech forecasting; MS/MBA/PhD with 3β4 years may be considered.
- Strong business acumen; excellent communication/presentation.
- Strong analytical/modeling skills; Microsoft Excel required.
- Strategic thinking; therapeutic area experience a plus.
- Knowledge of pharma data sources and US payer/health insurance environment.
- Fast-paced delivery; humble team player; strong project management.
- Matrix collaboration skills.
- Data science methods experience; VBA or programming (SQL/R/Python) a plus.
