Operations
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial forecasting for Dupixent’s US Dermatology portfolio; develop short- and long-range sales forecasts for in-line and future Dermatology indications.
- Collaborate with US Dupixent Dermatology, Finance, and cross-functional partners to develop, document, and communicate long-term patient/volume/revenue forecasts for annual Strategic Planning & Budget cycles.
- Support forecast model enhancements (e.g., segmentation, patient flow) and ensure alignment with brand strategy.
- Partner with Market Research (e.g., demand studies/conjoint exercises) and Market Access (access assumptions, payer mix analyses, government program obligatory rebates).
- Pressure-test assumptions using analogue analyses and external forecasts.
- Develop forecast scenarios to quantify risks/opportunities; present key assumptions/outputs to leadership (epidemiology through ex-factory volumes).
- Provide monthly performance/near-term outlook updates; deliver end-of-month closing analyses (price/volume and demand/inventory).
- Revise near-term forecasts based on latest actuals and market opportunities/threats; conduct ad-hoc analyses and ROI/break-even assessments.
- Ensure SKU-level forecasts support monthly supply chain planning; attend S&OP as needed.
- Coordinate with Global forecasting to align US deliverables and integrate with Global aggregation; review key model inputs with Data/Analytics/external data providers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years direct pharmaceutical/biotech forecasting experience; MS/MBA/PhD with 3–4 years may be considered.
- Strong business acumen; excellent communication/presentation.
- Advanced analytical/forecasting skills; demonstrated ability to build/maintain short- and long-term forecast models; Microsoft Excel required.

Preferred/Plus:
- Therapeutic-area experience; knowledge of IQVIA and US payer/health insurance data.
- Data science methods and programming (VBA, SQL, R, Python) experience.
- Project management; ability in a matrix environment.
