Associate Director, Forecast Lead for Plasma Derived Therapies

Responsibilities
- Lead demand forecasting for in-line products, near-term pipeline assets, and business development opportunities across plasma-derived therapies (U.S. FTP Business Unit).
- Own forecast development: coordinate brand analytics inputs/assumptions (SCIG, IVIG/Flexbumin, Alpha-1), review models, develop narratives, plan projects, facilitate meetings, and present insights to senior leadership.
- Develop forecasts supporting monthly business reviews, annual/mid-/long-range planning, mid-year updates, lifecycle management, pipeline prioritization, and business case development.
- Lead cross-functional alignment (Brand Analytics, Contract/Pricing, Managed Markets, Competitive Intelligence, Market Research, Sales, Franchise leadership).
- Use quantitative methods (optimization, regression, Monte Carlo, etc.), test forecasts with multiple data sources, and explain key drivers.
- Provide leadership updates on forecast vs. performance and KPIs; identify implications and actions.
- Continuously improve forecasting processes; act as subject matter expert.
- Lead forecasting/commercial assessments for pipeline and lifecycle opportunities (market research, assumptions/business case, secondary analysis, pricing/gross-to-net, risk/opportunity).
- Engage external vendors as needed and oversee analytics plans/timelines/deliverables.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field + 8+ years analytics/forecasting; or advanced degree + 6+ years.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical analytics experience.
- Experience with plasma-derived therapies (asset).
- Strong quantitative and secondary market data interpretation skills; deep forecasting knowledge of pharmaceutical industry dynamics.
- Business acumen; finance fundamentals; strong modeling and valuation concepts (NPV, ROI, IRR).
- Advanced Excel modeling; proficiency in MS Office/Access.
- Familiarity with AI/ML/automation and ability to apply to forecasting/scenario planning.
