Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and analysis for OneHUB Lake County frontline operations (Plan, Update, LBE, LRP, forecasting, monthly close), ensuring accurate records, reporting integrity, profit planning, and actionable variance analysis.
- Serve as strategic finance partner to Lake County frontline leaders across patient access, product support, and distribution-focused teams.
- Implement and manage IDV funding structures and service agreement financial terms, ensuring cost-to-serve transparency and accurate cost allocation.
- Manage Lake County frontline pillar financial operations (internal controls, financial compliance, policy adherence, regulatory alignment) across domestic and international service operations.
- Prepare and deliver management reporting packages (P&L, headcount, capital views) with clear commentary on Actuals vs. Plan/LBE and key cost drivers.
- Drive financial performance management (workforce economics, volume variability, capacity planning, hub-level cost drivers).
- Partner with Procurement/Vendor Management on financial oversight (vendor consolidation, offshore/captive expansion, RFP financial modeling).
- Track realization of financial commitments (steady-state savings and multi-year value targets); support business case governance.
- Provide financial evaluation/decision support for new launches and service expansions.
- Coach and develop finance staff.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required; Master’s or equivalent highly desirable; CPA/equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years progressive operations finance experience.
- 3+ years supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong financial/analytical/problem-solving skills; clear communication to senior management.
- International service operations experience preferred.
- Team-focused, cross-functional relationship building.
- Strong communication/presentation skills.
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP.
