Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred; 8–12+ years in pharma/biotech with experience in training, sales, or commercial roles; proven success in pre-launch or launch environments, ideally in oncology or specialty therapeutics; experience with large-scale field training, learning technologies, and AI-enabled solutions highly desirable. Must be willing to travel approximately 20% to support meetings, clinical sites, and conferences. The position is remote and emphasizes strategic training development, digital innovation, and cross-functional influence to support rapid growth and market entry in the bladder cancer space.
