Associate Director, Field Tools (Commercial & Medical Affairs)

Role: Associate Director, Field Tools, serving as a strategic partner for North America Commercial and Medical Affairs to support the launch and commercialization of BeOne’s Oncology portfolio. Responsibilities: manage ongoing implementation and enhancement of Field BI Tools and technology platforms; partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions; oversee data quality, reporting, and analytics; champion tool adoption and user training; lead cross-functional initiatives for platform standardization and process automation; coordinate with vendors and internal teams for development, release, and support; establish operational reliability and team support frameworks; facilitate data-driven insights to enable decision-making. Requirements: 10+ years in biotech/pharma with strong understanding of Commercial and Medical systems; experience managing large-scale technology solutions and cross-functional teams; excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills; background in data management, analytics, or related fields; bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Information Management; master’s preferred.
