Summary:
- Lead the design, governance, and continuous optimization of AI-driven, field-facing engagement suggestions from the Omnichannel Orchestration Engine.

Responsibilities:
- Own product definition for field and CRM suggestions (next best actions, alerts, message prompts, content recommendations).
- Partner with CRM Insights Enablement and Salesforce/Veeva teams to deliver suggestions natively in frontline workflows.
- Define and monitor success metrics (relevance, explainability, adoption, execution rates, dismissal reasons).
- Translate brand/therapeutic area strategies into business rules, triggers, eligibility logic, and prioritization frameworks.
- Build logic that adapts to context and field constraints (workload, cadence, access, content availability, timing).
- Operationalize predictive/prescriptive model outputs (e.g., propensity/response/NBA) within field suggestion logic.
- Set AI guardrails (confidence thresholds, frequency caps, suppression/cooling, escalation) and ensure explainability for frontline use.
- Define agentic orchestration workflows for generating/ranking/suppressing/adapting/delivering suggestions across channels.
- Partner with CRM/marketing automation for reliable execution.
- Establish closed-loop learning using execution, outcomes, and field feedback.
- Monitor issuance/execution, dismissal reasons, nonadoption, and early signs of suggestion fatigue.
- Ensure compliance with pharma promotion standards; define approval pathways and maintain documentation; manage change control.

Qualifications (required/preferred):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (Masterโ€™s preferred) in Business/Analytics/Technology/Health Sciences or related.
- 5+ years in pharma/life sciences with experience in field operations, CRM/omnichannel strategy, and/or analytics.
- Experience translating strategy/analytics into practical, compliant, AI-enabled field recommendations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Veeva CRM/Engage, and marketing automation.
- Exposure to AI-enabled recommendations, experimentation frameworks, and partnering with data science/engineering teams.
- Knowledge of US promotional compliance requirements.
- Strong matrix/cross-functional and communication skills.
- Preferred: experience with agentic/AI-driven omnichannel orchestration engines.

Compensation:
- $167,540โ€“$203,013 (Princeton, NJ, US) plus potential incentive cash/stock (eligibility-based).
