Field-Based (live within the territory: MI, OH, KY, WV, VA, NC, SC, DC, MD, MA, PA, NY, DE, NJ, CT, RI, VT, NH, ME, and northern IN).

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs) educating HCPs on AbbVie Immunology Patient Support Programs to support patient access and reimbursement inquiries.
- Manage, coach, and support FRMs to deliver compliant access and reimbursement services.
- Conduct field ride-alongs; ensure use of AbbVie-approved tools and provide targeted coaching.
- Collaborate with Patient Services, Managed Health Care, Sales, and the Access & Reimbursement Hub to ensure consistent, compliant program execution.
- Integrate patient access programs into local/regional strategies; identify training opportunities.
- Monitor healthcare policy changes and communicate insights.
- Track call activity and operational capacity using analytics tools.
- Implement quality control to ensure compliance with AbbVie standards.
- Drive professional development and performance oversight for direct reports.

Qualifications (incl. required/preferred):
- 3+ years in coverage/coding/managed healthcare and/or market access for immunology products (e.g., payer account management).
- 2+ years leadership experience (3+ preferred) with proven talent development.
- Strong coaching; territory/strategic account management; understanding of market dynamics.
- Ability to coach/train and communicate complex reimbursement policies.
- Deep understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D; specialty drug acquisition and distribution.
- Ability to navigate regulatory requirements and mitigate compliance risks.
- Excellent oral/written/presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Travel up to 75%.
- Valid driver’s license; pass pre-employment drug screening; meet safe driving requirements.
- Drive personal auto/company vehicle or powered material-handling equipment.
