The FRM Associate Director leads and develops a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers who educate healthcare providers on AbbVie’s Immunology Patient Support Programs, focusing on patient access and reimbursement inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and support the FRM team to deliver compliant access and reimbursement services.
- Conduct field ride-alongs to assess performance, ensure use of AbbVie-approved tools, and provide targeted coaching.
- Collaborate with Patient Services, Managed Health Care, Sales, and the Access & Reimbursement Hub for consistent, compliant program execution.
- Integrate patient access programs into local/regional strategies; identify and address training opportunities.
- Monitor healthcare policy changes and communicate insights.
- Track call activity and operational capacity using analytics tools.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance.
- Drive professional development, career progression, and performance oversight.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in coverage/coding/managed healthcare and/or market access for immunology products (payer account management preferred).
- 2+ years leadership experience (3+ preferred) with proven talent development.
- Coaching experience; expertise in territory/strategic account management.
- Ability to coach/train and communicate complex reimbursement policies.
- Deep knowledge of Medicare Parts A–D; specialty drug acquisition and distribution.
- Proven regulatory/compliance risk mitigation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
- Valid driver’s license; pass pre-employment drug screening; meet safe driving requirements; drive personal or company vehicle.
