Associate Director, Field Operations

Role: Associate Director of Field Force Effectiveness, focused on optimizing the performance and operational excellence of customer-facing teams in Commercial and Medical Affairs. Responsibilities include translating strategic objectives into actionable frameworks, developing KPIs, dashboards, and reports, monitoring performance trends, and supporting targeting, segmentation, and territory planning.
