Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain, and support CRM in partnership with external vendors, field team leadership, legal/compliance, and IT.
- Develop CRM training materials and assist with ongoing training for new field employees post-launch.
- Create and maintain an ongoing CRM roadmap; implement enhancements and changes with stakeholders and vendors.
- Partner with Celcuity IT to provide CRM help-desk support and respond to CRM-specific requests.
- Develop and implement call reporting to track sales force call activity.
- Integrate CRM with other business systems (e.g., promotional material ordering, speaker bureau, sunshine reporting).
- Pull customer targeting updates into CRM with the Associate Director Sales Analytics.
- Support marketing with pull-through of digital assets into CRM.
- Stand up and support field credentialing (coordinate with a credentialing vendor and establish a credentialing office).
- Establish and manage vehicle reimbursement program (with external vendor, field leadership, and Finance); develop policies and roll out to field employees.
- Develop vehicle program training materials and conduct periodic training.
- Partner with RxVantage to stand up related programs for Field Sales.
- Partner with HR and IT on field onboarding; represent Sales Operations and deliver training on systems, policies, and processes.
- Manage field territory alignment operations; ensure pull-through to reporting and incentive compensation.
- Manage sales force sizing/balancing projects and ensure access to territory alignment and map deliverables.
- Manage alignment exceptions, primary address requests, and apportionments; ensure pull-through to reporting and incentives.
- Develop and own systems/processes for field sponsorships and grants with field leadership, IT, and Finance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 7+ years sales operations experience with significant experience partnering with a sales team.
- Knowledge of sales incentive compensation concepts, workforce sizing, territory alignment, and targeting.
- Solid knowledge of Veeva CRM; experience with from-scratch implementation and ongoing support.
- Experience implementing/managing field enablement programs, including fleet/reimbursement and credentialing.
- Able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective written/verbal communicator with strong cross-functional partnership skills.
- Strong project management skills (development through implementation).
- Proficiency with Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
