Associate Director, Field Operations

Role: Associate Director, Field Force Effectiveness, responsible for optimizing the operational performance of customer-facing teams within Commercial and Medical Affairs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degrees like MBA, MPH, MS, PharmD preferred), 7–8+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries, with experience supporting sales, medical, or commercial operations. Technical skills include CRM platforms (preferably Veeva CRM), data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in field force effectiveness, product launches, and cross-functional environments is advantageous.
