Associate Director, Field Medical Science Liaisons

Role: Associate Director, Field Medical Science Liaisons, leading and managing the Field MSL team to support Telix's GU oncology strategy, particularly in prostate and renal cancer. Responsibilities: oversee scientific exchange, KOL engagement, congress coverage, advisory boards, and clinical trial support; develop and implement medical strategies; ensure team scientific credibility and compliance; collect and communicate medical insights; support evidence-generation activities including Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs); collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Medical Communications, and other teams; track performance metrics and ensure field activities align with compliance standards. Qualifications: advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare (PhD, MD, PharmD, RN, NP, PA) preferred; minimum 5 years' experience in GU oncology, with expertise in prostate and renal cancer; 2+ years of leadership and team management experience; proven ability to develop medical plans, engage KOLs, and oversee IITs; strong scientific communication and regulatory knowledge; proficiency with CRM and insight platforms; willingness to travel up to 50%. High-value specifics: focus on radiopharmaceuticals, diagnostics, therapeutics in prostate and renal cancers; clinical, medical, or operational experience in late-stage (Phase 3) or post-market development; cross-functional stakeholder engagement; compliance with industry regulations, GxP, and ethical standards.
