Responsibilities: drive development of virtual capabilities, AI integration, CRM management, territory sizing, and data analytics; oversee the India team; monitor and improve existing platforms; collaborate across teams to implement therapeutic area strategies; ensure compliance and quality standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 3+ years supporting field operations, experience with medical platforms (CRM, data products); authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred: MBA, experience influencing without authority, strong analytical and communication skills, previous field operations experience, demonstrated innovation and agility.
