About The Role
- Field-based, customer-facing (non-sales) role supporting Massachusetts, New York and neighboring states; key member of Dermatology marketing team.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with current and emerging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Psoriasis (PsO) across the U.S. Shape and execute brand strategy via strategic partnerships and dialogue on the evolving treatment landscape.
- Report to Director, Head of HCP Engagements.
Responsibilities / How you will contribute
- KOL Engagement: Identify, cultivate, and maintain long-term relationships with national/regional KOLs and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs); develop and execute engagement plans aligned with brand objectives; act as psoriasis disease management SME; ensure compliant, accurate, balanced scientific communication; gather/analyze competitive intelligence; serve as liaison between KOLs and senior/executive leadership.
- Insight Generation: Capture/analyze customer and market insights to identify trends; share synthesized insights with cross-functional stakeholders to support marketing strategy and brand performance; provide structured updates on customer/competitive/marketplace activity.
- Advisory Boards: Plan/develop/execute advisory board meetings; identify and recruit advisors; run advisory boards/consultant meetings for actionable insights; lead debriefs and synthesize recommendations.
- Congress & Conferences: Support planning/execution of national/regional congresses; attend and synthesize insights; organize KOL engagement opportunities; run post-congress debriefs.
- P2P Engagements: Partner with field leadership to execute marketing strategies; identify/prioritize educational needs and initiate programs; support speaker bureau development and member communications.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Bridge internal teams (Commercial, Field Sales, Key Accounts, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Leadership) and external thought leaders; ensure compliant, well-organized, strategically aligned professional engagements; thrive cross-functionally and lead initiatives without formal authority.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree (preferred: Biology, Marketing, Strategy, Business Administration).
- 10+ years progressive biopharmaceutical marketing/sales experience; 3+ years KOL management.
- Proven experience developing KOL/thought-leader engagement plans and liaising with external stakeholders.
- Speaker bureau strategy experience (training, content development, execution of national-level programs).
- Strong leadership (set direction, drive alignment, resolve issues, assess risk).
- Excellent collaboration/influence across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Highly organized; strong analytical/problem-solving/strategic thinking; manage multiple projects.
- Exceptional oral/written communication; learning agility; financial acumen and budgeting experience.
- Skilled in using AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation.
Preferred
- Psoriasis therapeutic market experience.
- New product launch experience.
- Knowledge of buy-and-bill reimbursement models and payer dynamics.
- Experience with complex biologics.
Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (including weekends, overnight programs, and key internal meetings); must reside within territory boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits (explicitly stated)
- U.S. base salary range (USA - MA - Virtual): $153,600.00 - $241,340.00.
- May be eligible for short- and/or long-term incentives; medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, paid holidays, well-being benefits; up to 80 hours sick time/year; new hires accrue up to 120 hours paid vacation.
