Associate Director, Field Marketing (Dermatology) β€” Psoriasis (PsO)

Responsibilities:
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain long-term relationships with national and regional KOLs and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Develop and execute strategic engagement plans aligned with brand objectives; serve as an SME in psoriasis disease management.
- Ensure compliant, accurate, and balanced scientific communication with external stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to inform KOL alignment and provider dynamics.
- Act as a liaison between KOLs and Takeda senior/executive leadership.
- Capture, document, and analyze customer and market insights to identify regional/national trends.
- Share synthesized customer insights with cross-functional stakeholders to support marketing strategy and brand performance.
- Plan, develop, and execute advisory board meetings; recruit advisors based on expertise, geography, and objectives; lead post-meeting debriefs and recommendations.
- Support planning/execution of national and regional congresses; attend, synthesize insights, and facilitate post-congress debriefs.
- Lead partnerships with field leadership; identify educational needs and initiate programs.
- Support speaker bureau identification/development and maintain appropriate communication.
- Serve as a strategic bridge between internal teams (Commercial, Field Sales, Key Accounts, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Leadership) and external thought leaders; ensure compliant, well-organized professional engagements.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably Biology, Marketing, Strategy, or Business Administration).
- 10+ years progressive biopharma marketing/sales experience, including 3+ years in KOL management.
- Proven experience developing KOL/thought leader engagement plans and liaising with external stakeholders.
- Speaker bureau strategy experience (training, content development, national program execution).
- Leadership skills to set direction, drive alignment, resolve issues, and assess risk.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing without formal authority.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving/strategic thinking; able to manage multiple projects.
- Exceptional oral/written communication; learning agility; financial acumen/budgeting experience.
- Skilled in using AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation.

Preferred:
- Psoriasis therapeutic market experience.
- New product launch experience.
- Buy-and-bill reimbursement and payer dynamics knowledge.
- Experience with complex biologics.

Travel Requirements:
- Up to 50% travel, including weekends, overnight programs, and key internal meetings; must reside within territory boundaries.
