Associate Director, Field Execution Lead

Role: Field Execution Lead within Field Operations Performance & Enablement, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Therapeutic Area (TA) priorities, launches, and enterprise changes at scale. Responsibilities: own end-to-end execution outcomes for assigned TAs, serve as the primary accountability point for field performance post-initiative deployment, monitor execution health and field readiness, escalate risks, and collaborate with planning and enablement teams to ensure deployment prerequisites. Requirements: bachelor's degree, 6+ years in commercial execution, field operations, or complex delivery roles within pharma or biotech; experience managing multi-stakeholder environments and structured governance; strong communication and judgment skills; comfortable in change-intensive settings. Preferred: experience supporting large, dispersed field teams; familiarity with enterprise operating models and performance management systems.
