Location: East Hanover, NJ (no remote option). Travel: ~15% (domestic and/or international).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end field orchestration programs with FIA pillars and IDS Capability Centers; define and deliver next-generation field capabilities.
- Define detailed design requirements for field personas in future-state CRM.
- Partner with cross-functional IDS teams to deliver AI-enabled field capabilities (e.g., smart call notes, intelligent workflow automation).
- Drive continuous improvement in field operations using process engineering and agentic capabilities.
- Identify and enable function-specific capabilities for CE, NPS, Medical, and other field teams (e.g., NPS reporting/tools; Medical end-to-end process flow).
- Advance cross-functional account planning and workflow optimization using AI-driven insights.
- Oversee end-to-end business process re-engineering to automate field analytics (call planning automation, quarterly territory refinements, field reporting data requirements, system enhancements).
- Define end-to-end business requirements (data requirements, ARDs, tools) using advanced analytics and AI.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA strongly preferred.
- 6+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare focused on strategic insights, decision science, analytics, and AI/ML product development.
- Proven expertise in field analytics, process engineering, and AI-driven business process improvement.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation.
- Hands-on agent/agentic flow development, particularly in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong ability to integrate diverse data sources and align insights to business priorities.
- Excellent communication/collaboration; able to influence senior leadership.

Compensation/Benefits
- Salary range: $152,600–$283,400/year (final based on skills/experience; range may change).
- Performance-based cash incentive; potential annual equity awards.
