Associate Director, Facility Planning and Project Management - East Coast/LATAM

Role: Lead global facility planning and project management for AbbVie's East Coast and LATAM regions, overseeing strategic development and execution of infrastructure utilization across 2.8 million sq ft supporting offices, manufacturing, R&D, and warehouses. Responsibilities: develop and implement comprehensive strategies; manage large-scale projects from planning to delivery; optimize asset utilization and productivity; coordinate internal global teams and external partners; foster stakeholder relationships at all levels; guide project teams on budget and goal achievement; and collaborate with affiliate leaders to ensure strategic alignment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management; minimum 10 years of experience in facility planning and project management; deep expertise in global facility strategy, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration; strong stakeholder engagement skills across diverse functions; proficiency in financial management, procurement, and contracting processes. Preferred: advanced education or post-graduate degree.
