Associate Director - External Data Acquisition Lead (EDAL)

Role: Associate Director, External Data Acquisition Lead (EDAL), overseeing clinical data collection from third-party vendors for Genmab’s oncology-focused trials. Responsibilities: lead external data acquisition across studies, ensure high-quality, analysis-ready data; advise on external data collection design aligned with CDASH/SDTM standards; manage data flow strategies for diverse external data types (biomarkers, imaging, eCOA/ePRO, genomic); develop Data Transfer Specifications (DTS) and oversee vendor data quality; review vendor budgets and resolve complex issues; mentor junior staff and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and standards; ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, SOPs. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in a relevant field; 10+ years in external or clinical data management with strong vendor oversight; oncology trial/data experience; expertise in DTS, data flows, and SDTM; knowledge of diverse external data types; project/vendor management skills.
