Associate Director, External Data Acquisition and Delivery

Role: Associate Director of External Data Acquisition and Delivery (EDAD) in Clinical Data Management, leading external data strategy, quality oversight, and operations across Regeneron's clinical trial portfolio. Responsibilities: oversee external data collection platforms, vendor management, reconciliation processes for diverse data types (biomarker, imaging, eCOA, ECG, PK, genomics), drive process improvements, and manage a team of EDAD professionals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, and vendors; contribute to regulatory compliance, SOPs, and audit readiness. Requirements: 10+ years in clinical data management/ acquisition within biotech/pharma, 4+ years in leadership, expertise in external data reconciliation, vendor oversight, and multiple data types; Bachelor’s in Science, Health, Computing or related field; advanced degree preferred. Skills: proficiency in EDC platforms (Medidata Rave, Veeva, Oracle), SAS, CSV, XML, strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, ICH-GCP, CDISC standards; leadership, project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills. High-value: focus on external data for clinical trials, vendor governance, process automation, and data quality in a fast-paced, global environment.
