Associate Director, Ethics & Compliance Advisor, HIV Treatment

Essential Duties and Job Functions
- Work with the Senior Director advising HIV Treatment Commercial to provide healthcare compliance expertise.
- Partner to build and integrate the compliance program into the organization and embed compliance and integrity into culture.
- Drive global consistency and share best practices across geographies and functions.
- Apply knowledge of interactions between commercial, medical affairs, and market access.
- Participate in activity reviews and provide ethics/compliance insights and recommendations.
- Support operationalizing compliance processes and executing within legal and compliance requirements.
- Develop and deliver ethics and compliance trainings and educational sessions.
- Identify healthcare compliance risks and support mitigation controls.
- Consult on business activities/initiatives with compliance considerations with Legal and Ethics/Compliance teams.
- Partner with Privacy and Data Ethics on data privacy, information security, cyber laws, and industry codes.
- Support policy/training/communications, monitoring, risk assessments, due diligence, transparency, and other compliance needs.
- Stay current on ethics/compliance developments and industry trends.
- Lead and foster a culture of compliance and integrity.

Requirements
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required with 10 years relevant compliance experience, or 8 years with a masterโ€™s degree.
- Juris Doctorate or fully qualified legal credentials preferred but not required.
- Extensive in-house experience in biotech/pharma or other highly regulated industries, or law firm advising; ideally most career years in-house.
- Management experience; ability to mentor and supervise.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication.
