Position: Associate Director, Epidemiology (Management)
What Youβll Do
- Lead observational research including cohort, registry-based and database studies for disease understanding and/or post-market safety studies.
- Review and synthesize epidemiological literature.
- Provide estimates of disease incidence/prevalence, disease progression, and disease-specific risk factors.
- Contribute to regulatory activities including periodic safety update reports, pharmacovigilance, and risk management plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally for evidence generation planning and execution.

- Enjoy designing and interpreting observational studies and collaborating across functions.
Required Skills / Qualifications
- PhD or ScD in Epidemiology.
- At least 2 yearsβ experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or contract research organization.
- Expertise in literature review and synthesis.
- Expertise in designing, conducting, and interpreting large database studies and cohort studies.
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and use a team approach to decision-making.
Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Base compensation range: $158,000β$242,000.
- Regular employees: short- and long-term incentives (cash bonus and equity).
