Associate Director, Enterprise / System Execution (Customer Engagement)

Remote: anywhere in the U.S. (may be subject to legal-entity restrictions). Travel: 10%.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own execution planning and alignment for initiatives spanning multiple Therapeutic Areas (TAs) or not within a single TA.
- Coordinate execution across enterprise/system accounts (e.g., IDNs) to ensure consistent prioritization and engagement.
- Lead enterprise-level execution challenges and escalations outside TA boundaries.
- Ensure forward-looking execution plans (anticipate future needs).
- Shape cross-TA initiatives upstream (sequencing, readiness, dependencies).
- Identify emerging system-level risks/misalignment and drive resolution.
- Align cross-TA and cross-functional stakeholders for enterprise consistency.
- Resolve conflicts in priorities, timing, and execution expectations across TA boundaries.
- Drive structured issue management with clear ownership and follow-through.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6+ years in field operations, enterprise execution, or program delivery.
- Proven ability to operate across multiple stakeholder groups and organizational boundaries.
- Strong systems thinking to align priorities, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience with enterprise accounts or Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
- Familiarity with operating model transformation or large-scale execution initiatives.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range: $145,600–$270,400/year.
- Performance-based cash incentive; possible eligibility for annual equity awards.
