Role: Associate Director, Enterprise Commercial Data Management, focusing on developing and governing Pacira's commercial data ecosystem. Objectives include enhancing data platforms, ensuring data accuracy, supporting analytics, and enabling strategic decision-making for products like EXPAREL, ZILRETTA, and iovera. Responsibilities: lead development of data warehouses, manage master data processes (customer, account, hierarchies), collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams on data integration, quality, and governance; establish standards and documentation; support enterprise reporting, forecasting, and advanced analytics; automate and scale data workflows. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant field; 7-10 years in biotech/pharma, healthcare analytics, or data management; proven experience in commercial data warehouses, master data management, and analytics tools (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI). Preferred: advanced degree (MBA or higher), experience supporting commercial operations and consulting. High-value: expertise in pharmaceutical commercial data sources, GxP considerations, and cross-functional collaboration within commercial, finance, and IT teams. Work setup: office-based with travel up to 10%.
