Responsibilities:
- Maintain a compliant electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) and separate archival system through the software development lifecycle.
- Support audit readiness and represent the business owner as appropriate during audits.
- Develop processes to monitor ELN health and compliance with local data quality standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with data governance teams to enforce governance policies.
- Create and use communication plans to inform stakeholders of new features and changes.
- Design, implement, and lead a tiered support model for ELN configurational elements.
- Collaborate with strategic initiatives across the ELN program and Digital Technologies organization.
Education (Minimum):
- Ph.D. in CS/Data Science/Molecular Modeling/Engineering/Chemistry/Physics/Biology/Pharmaceutical Sciences (or closely related) + 3+ years relevant industry/pharma experience; OR
- M.S. (same fields) + 5+ years; OR
- B.S. (same fields) + 8+ years.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Lead cross-functional interactions.
- Operate in a regulated environment.
- Use dashboards and data analytics tools.
- Strong communication, creativity, interpersonal skills.
- Deliver complex solutions under compressed timelines.
- Eagerness to learn, take on challenges, scientific curiosity.
Preferred:
- Experience with drug modalities (e.g., small molecule, biologics, vaccines, peptides, drug conjugates).
- Software development lifecycles; operational frameworks.
- Prior business system owner experience in pharma/biotech.
- Data visualization development (Shiny, Streamlit, Spotfire, Dash, PowerBI, Tableau).
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range: $129,000.00β$203,100.00; eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive (if applicable).
