Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Engineering or Science; minimum 8 years' experience in biologics or vaccine manufacturing, process sciences, or technical support, with proven expertise in technical transfer and process troubleshooting. Preferred skills include leadership of cross-functional teams, Lean Manufacturing experience, and familiarity with large molecule biologics operations. The role emphasizes collaboration with procurement, quality, regulatory, and operations teams, and involves significant travel (>30%), primarily within the EU region. The position is based in the US (Northern California or other sites) with remote flexibility, reporting to the Director, Biologics External Manufacturing Technology.
